Alicia McCoy has been in banking for over 18 years. Her focus is on providing customers with a full range of financial services to meet their individual needs. Additional responsibilities include hiring all staff at the Delta Trust branches and opening all new Delta Trust branches. Prior to working at Delta Trust, McCoy was the Regional Manager for the North Little Rock region of First Commercial Bank and Regions Bank. Alicia and her husband Shawn live in Little Rock and have two children Riley and Cole. "I am guided by Pablo Picasso's quote, 'action is the foundational key to all success.'"
