John W. Larson | Vice President of Mid-Continent Region, Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc.

Mr. Larson joined Bonanza Creek Energy in 2009 and since that time has been responsible for all the companies’ activities in the State of Arkansas. He leads a team of 38 individuals that include technical and field teams. Currently the company operates wells in four oil fields and two natural gas processing plants in south Arkansas. Bonanza Creek has drilled 108 producing wells in South Arkansas during that time.
Before coming to BCEI, Mr. Larson worked 30 years in engineering, consulting and management positions at Unocal, Energy Partners and BP. At Energy Partners and Unocal, Mr. Larson consulted on asset management, project management and production engineering. While at BP he managed the Operated by Other Portfolio that included analyzing and deciding whether to participate in drilling proposals, budgeting and long term planning.
Mr. Larson is currently chair of the Trustees Committee at his church and is a regular fundraiser for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as a rider in the BPMS150 bike ride between Houston and Austin. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California and a Masters of Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College. Mr. Larson is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, ASME (Mechanical Engineers) and Houston Producer’s Forum.
Martin P. Slark | Chairman and CEO, Molex, Inc.

Martin P. Slark was appointed Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Molex Incorporated on July 1, 2005. He had served as President and Chief Operating Officer since July 1, 2001. Prior to this position Martin was Executive Vice President of Molex Incorporated from 1999 to 2001; President of the Americas Region from 1994 to 1999; and President of the Far East South Region from 1988 to 1994. He became a Company Director in 2000.
He began his career with Molex in 1976 and has worked for the Company in Europe, the United States and Asia. He was responsible for starting Molex entities in Hong Kong, China, India, South Africa, Malaysia and Thailand.
Martin completed his undergraduate studies in Electronic Engineering at Bracknell College, England (1976). He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (with distinction) from Portsmouth University (1981) and a MBA (with distinction) from the University of East London (1992). He is on the Board of the Hub Group, Inc., Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and The Northern Trust Corporation, and is Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the Landmark School, which serves students with language-based learning disabilities. He is a Companion of the British Institute of Management, and a member of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council. He is also a member of the World Presidents’ Organization, The Economic Club of Chicago, The Executives’ Club of Chicago and the Management Development Institute of Singapore.
In 2003, Martin was honored with a Public Service Medal by the government of Singapore. This national award recognizes distinguished international friends who have contributed to Singapore’s development in business, industry, technology and science. Martin was honored for having played an instrumental role in expanding Molex’s operations in Singapore as well as boosting Singapore’s efforts to develop its Electronics and Precision Engineering Industries. In 2004 Martin was awarded a Doctorate in Business Administration (Hon Causa) by the University of East London.
