Jim Shenep joined Delta Trust & Bank in 1999. He began his career in banking at Simmons First National Bank in 1978 where he worked in fixed income investment sales to correspondent banks. In 1990, Shenep joined Worthen Trust Co. as Vice President and Trust Officer, then later joined First Commercial Trust Co. as Vice President. Shenep graduated from the University of Arkansas in1978 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He obtained the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1994 and graduated from the ABA Graduate School in 1996. Shenep lives in Little Rock with his wife Cindy. They have three sons, Chris, Kell and Stuart.
