Some banks and brokers are forgetting that the client has a choice and that many financial products are commodities. We seek to outdo our competition by working smarter, longer and looking for ways to make our clients smile. We want to delight our clients whether in person, over the telephone, at an ATM, or over the World Wide Web. We are not going to waste our clients’ time and we want your referrals.
WHAT COMFORT ZONE
Some bankers and brokers seem to wait for you to call them and are not action oriented. They are in a comfort zone. We seek high-energy associates who do not have a comfort zone and are seeking continuous improvement for themselves and our clients.

You may have heard one of our heroes, Warren Buffett, mention this before. We are major stockholders and a significant amount of our personal net worth is in Delta Trust; our associates earn stock ownership and we have our personal business at Delta Trust. In short, “We eat our own cooking.” We hope you like it.
