Bill joined Delta Trust mortgage in 2011 as a mortgage loan officer for the Conway office. With over 8 years of experience in the mortgage lending business, Bill has a loyal following of customers throughout central Arkansas. Bill has extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, RD, conventional as well as programs offered for first time homebuyers. He has extensive knowledge of financial markets as a former financial advisor. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a B.S. in marketing and finance. Bill is an active member of the Conway Kiwanis, Conway Business Professional Leads Group, Conway Chamber of Commerce, and attends New Life Church in Conway.
