Carole Smith

Senior Vice President, Delta Trust & Bank

Prior to working at Delta Trust & Bank, Carole Smith was the Arkansas Division President of Hattie Hill Enterprises, Inc., in Dallas, TX. Her banking career began at First National Bank of Little Rock, then she moved on to positions at Republic Bank of Tulsa, OK, and Worthen Bank & Trust of Little Rock, where she was the head of the Metropolitan Lending Division, the Private Banking Division, and the Administrator of the Sales Division. She was the first female promoted to Senior Vice President at Worthen Bank. Smith also has significant experience in the retail industry, having owned two small businesses in Little Rock. Carole received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and her Masters in Business from the University of Arkansas. She also received a Masters in Banking from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU. Carole was the 2008 Recipient of the Delta Trust & Bank “Banker of the Year” Award.
