Carroll Penick
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors/Chief Operating Officer/Chief Lending Officer, Delta Trust & Bank
As vice chairman of the board of directors, Carroll Penick manages the nine branches and lending function of Delta Trust & Bank and provides his long established brand of first-class service to Delta Trust clients. Carroll grew up in Little Rock but began his banking career in Dallas at the former Mercantile Bank in 1978. From there, he returned back to Little Rock and joined the former Worthen Bank & Trust in 1981. In 1999, Carroll joined Delta Trust & Bank as president. He served as the president of Delta Trust until his recent promotion in April of 2009 to vice chairman of the board. Carroll has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas and a masters of business administration from the University of Arkansas. He is also a graduate of SMU’s Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. He and his wife, Susan, have two daughters, Frances and Sarah.
