Roshelle Brown

Vice President/Hillcrest Branch Manager, Delta Trust & Bank

Roshelle Brown started her banking career in 1994 as a teller for First Commercial Bank. In 1997, she was promoted to a customer service representative.

In January 2000, Roshelle joined Delta Trust & Bank as a teller supervisor. She was instrumental in launching our first Little Rock location in Hillcrest. The Hillcrest Branch opened February 2000, and Roshelle was named assistant branch manager in 2001. In 2004, Roshelle was promoted to Hillcrest branch manager, and is currently vice president and branch manager. She has received the Delta Trust & Bank Quality Customer Service Award and Sales Referrals Award. Roshelle is a 2003 graduate from the Arkansas Bankers Association School of Lending.

Roshelle was named Delta Trust & Bank’s 2011 Manager of the Year.
