Tamara Phillips
Vice President/Fayetteville Branch Manager, Delta Trust & Bank
After 18 years in the banking industry, Tamara joined Delta Trust & Bank in 2009 to assist in opening the Fayetteville branch and has been the branch manager since it opened. She is committed to her clients and creates a branch environment that focuses on kindness and professionalism. Tamara is a bank representative on Delta Trust & Bank’s Fayetteville Advisory Council. Tamara started her banking career at Northwest National Bank in the operations department and moved into management while at Chambers Bank of North Arkansas. She also spent eight years managing a child daycare center. Tamara lives in Greenland with her husband, Roger and has three children.
