He attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, and received his bachelor of science in finance with a real estate emphasis. Rafferty is a Pinnacle Club Member and volunteer with Junior Achievement of Arkansas. He is also a member of the Young Professional Group and Fundraising Committee for Cystic Fibrosis.
