Flex 100

Loans are amortized for 30 years and have a interest only feature for either 5, 7 or 10 year term. The 5 and 7 year options convert to one year adjustable mortgage at the end of the interest only option with 2% annual cap and 5% life time cap. The 10 year option converts to a 20 year amortization at same rate
