  You will no longer have monthly payments. If you have a mortgage we will pay it off! You may receive proceeds as monthly income, a lump sum or a line of credit.
• Can I end up owing more than my house's value?
  You can never owe more than your house is worth.
• Is there a chance I may lose my house?
  With a reverse mortgage, there is no risk of losing your home. You will continue to remain the title holder
  and retain ownership.
• Will I owe taxes on the proceeds?
  Reverse Mortgage loan proceeds are not considered income and will not be taxed or affect Social Security or Medicare benefits.
