To inquire about a mortgage, fill out our contact form here. As a convenience to you, please be aware that the following information is generally needed to process a loan file. It would be helpful if this information is collected prior to applying for home financing. Any information provided on the application has to be supported by the following documents:
INCOME INFORMATION
- Most recent 30 days of pay stubs
- Last two years W-2 forms
- For self employed, commissioned individuals, business owners, real estate owners and investment income, the last two years of FEDERAL tax returns (with all schedules) are generally required
- Retirement or direct deposits like Social Security, retirement and disability can be verified with three months of bank statements and/or a copy of the awards letter for the source of that income
- Copy of Photo ID for all applicants
ASSET INFORMATION
- Most recent bank statements for any assets listed on the application
- Most recent investment statement (all pages) for any account listed on the application
- Settlement statement on the sale of any real estate prior to closing
- If using gift funds, we will need to complete a gift letter containing all of the Donor’s information along with a copy of the documents related to that gift
PURCHASING A NEW HOME
- Copy of the completed sale contract with all required signatures
- Preferred title company for the loan closing
- Insurance agent name and contact information
