Leon Helms joined Delta Trust in 2000 as a senior advisor. Mr. Helms holds a B.A. Degree from Henderson State University and a J.D. Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is also a graduate of the National Trust School and Louisiana State University School of Banking of the South.

Mr. Helms is a member of the Arkansas Bar and the Pulaski County Bar Associations. He was the 2005-06 president for the Pulaski County Bar Association. He is currently on the boards of the American Lung Association of Arkansas, the Arkansas Lighthouse for the Blind and is an advisory board member for the Jones Eye Institute. He is also on the board of directors of the Central Arkansas Estate Council.
